Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition
- The item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Automotive parts that have been installed or used
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Makeup Products that are opened
- Food Items that have been opened

- We do not accept returns on installed, modified, or used parts
- Electrical components (ECUs, sensors, electronics) are non-returnable once opened or fitted
