Assembly & Rig Setup Guidelines

• Step 1 (Frame Interlock): Connect the carbon-steel frame sections using the provided heavy-duty connecting hardware and torque down the frame bolts.

• Step 2 (Seat Cover Fitting): Slip the ActiFit™ fabric seating sleeve over the steel structure, securing the Velcro adjustment straps to set your preferred seat firmness and lumbar support.

• Step 3 (Hard-Mounting Hardware): Bolt your direct drive steering wheel base and pedal set onto the pre-drilled steel mounting plates using the included M6 screw set.

• Step 4 (Positioning & Locking): Adjust the wheel height, pedal distance, and seat tilt to match your preferred ergonomics, then securely lock down all adjustment bolts.
